This function forms 8 reports, 2 for each channel

Reports on even buffer positions(i.e. positions 0, 2, 4, 6) are DAC input register reports

Reports on odd buffer positions(i.e. positions 1, 3, 5, 7) are DAC EEPROM memory reports
