thermoj 2.0.0.0
|
Thermo J Click is a temperature measurement click boardâ„¢, which uses a thermocouple type-J probe, connected to a PPC-SMP-J onboard connector.
We provide a library for the ThermoJ Click as well as a demo application (example), developed using MikroElektronika compilers. The demo can run on all the main MikroElektronika development boards.
Package can be downloaded/installed directly form compilers IDE(recommended way), or downloaded from our LibStock, or found on mikroE github account.
This library contains API for ThermoJ Click driver.
- Initialization function.void thermoj_cfg_setup ( thermoj_cfg_t *cfg );
THERMOJ_RETVAL thermoj_init ( thermoj_t *ctx, thermoj_cfg_t *cfg );
void thermoj_default_cfg ( thermoj_t *ctx );
- Set thermocouple type sensor configuration function.uint8_t thermoj_check_data_ready ( thermoj_t *ctx );
void thermoj_set_thermocouple_type ( thermoj_t *ctx, uint8_t thermocouple_type );
float thermoj_get_temperature ( thermoj_t *ctx );
This app measured temperature.
The demo application is composed of two sections :
Initialization device.
This is a example which demonstrates the use of Thermo J Click board. Measured temperature data from the MCP9600 sensor on Thermo J click board. Results are being sent to the Usart Terminal where you can track their changes.
The full application code, and ready to use projects can be installed directly form compilers IDE(recommneded) or found on LibStock page or mikroE GitHub accaunt.

Additional notes and informations
Depending on the development board you are using, you may need USB UART click, USB UART 2 Click or RS232 Click to connect to your PC, for development systems with no UART to USB interface available on the board. The terminal available in all Mikroelektronika compilers, or any other terminal application of your choice, can be used to read the message.
