touchkey2 2.0.0.0
|
TouchKey 2 click has four capacitive pads powered by Microchip's ATtiny817 which has an integrated touch QTouch® controller.
We provide a library for the Touchkey2 Click as well as a demo application (example), developed using MikroElektronika compilers. The demo can run on all the main MikroElektronika development boards.
Package can be downloaded/installed directly form compilers IDE(recommended way), or downloaded from our LibStock, or found on mikroE github account.
This library contains API for Touchkey2 Click driver.
- Initialization function.void touchkey2_cfg_setup ( touchkey2_cfg_t *cfg );
TOUCHKEY2_RETVAL touchkey2_init ( touchkey2_t *ctx, touchkey2_cfg_t *cfg );
void touchkey2_default_cfg ( touchkey2_t *ctx );
- Clear reset pin function.void touchkey2_set_reset_pin ( touchkey2_t *ctx );
void touchkey2_clear_reset_pin ( touchkey2_t *ctx );
void touchkey2_target_reset ( touchkey2_t *ctx );
This application is touch controller.
The demo application is composed of two sections :
Initalizes device and makes an initial log.
Checks if new data byte have received in rx buffer (ready for reading), and if ready than reads one byte from rx buffer, that show if and what key is pressed.
The full application code, and ready to use projects can be installed directly form compilers IDE(recommneded) or found on LibStock page or mikroE GitHub accaunt.

Additional notes and informations
Depending on the development board you are using, you may need USB UART click, USB UART 2 Click or RS232 Click to connect to your PC, for development systems with no UART to USB interface available on the board. The terminal available in all Mikroelektronika compilers, or any other terminal application of your choice, can be used to read the message.
